Our Story

Bringing an upscale, but comfortable dining experience to PrairieFire. The Brass Onion is a place to enjoy great food, drinks and conversation. Adjacent to the Brass Onion is the Brass Room, a private event space suited perfectly for rehearsal dinners, anniversary parties, holiday parties, corporate events and meetings.

With a menu designed by The Brancatos and The Brass Onion Team, diners will enjoy a modern American menu with a Lowcountry flare along with traditional family favorites.

Sunday – Wednesday: 11:00 a.m. – Midnight
Thursday – Saturday: 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 a.m.
We also open at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday for Brunch
