Our Story

2 Penguins Tap and Grill is the grandchild of Panache Catering which was started by the “Two Penguins” Ernie Oetter and Steve Langer in 1982.

Our taproom restaurant is the culmination of over 60 years of collective catering and restaurant experience. We pride ourselves on having created an environment in which everyone can be comfortable; couples, singles and families from young to old. It is an easy place to sit and relax while enjoying great food and incredible beers from around our great State, or your favorite cocktail or wine.

What We Offer

Offering a curated selection of 36 Colorado Craft Beers ON TAP along with full bar and wines. Featuring an eclectic menu of freshly prepared salads, incredible Fried Chicken, Neapolitan pizzas, burgers, sandwiches and delicious appetizers including our signature antipasto plate. Visit our large inviting beer garden in the warm months. Polite dogs are welcome on our patio, and we supply the water bowls! Parents who are willing to closely supervise their young children are encouraged to bring them to 2 Penguins. Those young children who enjoy a meal are also treated to a free chocolate chip cookie ice cream sandwich, of course with the permission of their parents.
